Hi, I’m Teresa

I’m a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist and despite having “Sports” in the title, in reality I treat a variety of individuals, from office workers to trades people and gym goers to ultra runners. My clients may have sustained injuries from exercise or have treatments regularly for wellness and body maintenance.

How did I get into Sports Massage? I suffered a knee injury and after having an operation I found the recovery challenging so I decided to get sports massages. I found it helped massively, reducing pain and swelling. I always felt very positive and motivated after each treatment. During my pregnancy, massages eased my back pain and helped me relax. Since then, I have been fascinated by how soft tissue manipulation can improve our health.

I gained my qualification from the Cotswolds Academy and I’m a member of the leading association for therapists in the UK, The Federation of Holistic Therapists.

When I’m not doing treatments, you’ll find me walking my dog around the lakes, paddle boarding, doing yoga or exploring the forests with my daughter.

I’m very passionate about listening to and helping my clients. You’ll feel benefits after the massage of improved circulation, reduced muscular tension, better range of movement and a sense of relaxation.
